Visualize your success. The UCH Dashboard provides real-time insights into your restaurant's performance through beautiful, easy-to-read charts and metrics.

Key Metrics Overview

When you log into the On-Premise desktop app (or the UCH Cloud Platform), the first screen you see is the Dashboard. At a glance, you can view:

• Gross Sales: Total revenue generated before taxes and discounts.
• Net Revenue: Actual money taken in after all deductions.
• Total Orders: The number of unique bills generated today.
• Average Order Value (AOV): How much the average customer is spending.

Visual Charts

Sales by Hour (Heatmap)

A bar chart that shows exactly when your restaurant is busiest. This is critical for scheduling staff. If you notice a massive spike at 1:00 PM every Tuesday, you know to schedule an extra waiter and chef during that shift.

Top Selling Items

A pie chart displaying your most popular dishes. Use this data to negotiate better bulk pricing on ingredients for these items, or to feature them more prominently on the menu.

Payment Methods Breakdown

See exactly how customers are paying. Are 80% of your transactions happening via UPI? Or is it mostly Credit Cards? This helps you negotiate better rates with your payment gateway providers.

Exporting Reports

Need to send data to your accountant?

1. Click on the Reports tab located just below the Dashboard.
2. Select the date range (e.g., "Last 30 Days").
3. Choose the report type (e.g., Sales Summary, Tax Report, Inventory Valuation).
4. Click Export to Excel or Download PDF.

All reports are generated instantly using the local database, meaning you don't have to wait for large files to download over the internet.
